Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We send out our orders the next working day after being placed, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day. Below are the time frames you should receive your order in.

UK: 1-2 working days.

America: 3-6 working days.

Europe: 3-6 working days.

Australia & NZ: 4-10 working days.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer the lowest possible shipping rates so you can buy what you want without having to worry about getting stung. There's nothing worse than having to pay expensive shipping costs. All our costs start at the rate shown below and may vary depending on the weight of the order.

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99 / Tracked 24: £5.49

America: FedEx Tracked Delivery from £7.86

Europe: Standard Tracked Delivery from £6.00

Australia & NZ: FedEx Tracked Delivery from £9.25

 

Q: Why have I not received my order? 

A: We send out our orders within 1 working day, please refer to the top of this page under Q: 'How long does shipping take'. If your order has taken longer than these periods of time then please contact us on Instagram here or email us at info@paydayvintage.com with your order number and name. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours of enquiry.

 

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be happy with your order. But if you are not, do not stress. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at info@paydayvintage.com with your name and order number.

We accept returns on items up to 14 days of payment, you will not be able to return your order if you surpass the 14 day period. You can return your order for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that if returning an order you will have to bare the cost of return shipping.

The product(s) should be returned in the condition you received them, if the swing tag has been removed your item is not valid for a refund. If the product is damaged under your responsibility then this could affect whether we can refund your order.

 

MYSTERY BOX RETURNS

Payday Vintage sells second hand clothes meaning that under the consumer rights act of 2015 we do not have to take returns on products if the customer changes their mind. That being said we do accept returns for store credit, due to the box being a "mystery" we cannot accept returns for cash refunds as the buyer risks the chance they might receive a certain fit or colour they do not prefer.

In the rare case the items you received in your mystery box are beyond normal vintage wear and tear we can offer a full refund for your order. We accept returns on orders up to 14 days of you receiving your order, you will not be able to return your order if you surpass the 14 day period. As mentioned you can return your order for store credit. Please note that if returning an item you will have to bare the cost of return shipping.
