Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We send out our orders within 24 hours of your order being placed, any orders placed after midday will be shipped on the next working day. Below are the time frames you should receive your order in.
UK: Up to 48 hours.
America: 3-6 working days.
Europe: 3-6 working days.
Australia & NZ: 4-10 working days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer the lowest possible shipping rates so you can buy what you want without having to worry about getting stung. There's nothing worse than having to pay expensive shipping costs. All our costs start at the rate shown below and may vary depending on the weight of the order.

Q: Why have I not received my order?
A: We send out our orders within 24 hours of payment, please refer to the top of this page under Q: 'How long does shipping take'. If your order has taken longer than these periods of time then please contact us on Instagram here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours of enquiry.
We are confident that you will be happy with your order. But if you are not, do not stress. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at email@example.com with your name and order number.
We accept returns on items up to 14 days of payment, you will not be able to return your item if you surpass the 14 day period. We do accept returns, we can refund your order in cash, or store credit. Please note that if returning an item you will have to bare the cost of return shipping.
The product(s) should be returned in the condition you received them, if the swing tag has been removed your item is not valid for a refund. If the product is damaged under your responsibility then this could affect whether we can refund your order.
